Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

As a Therapist on the ACT Team, you’ll provide intensive, recovery‑oriented treatment to adults with severe and persistent mental illness—meeting clients where they live, work, and thrive. Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $52,000 to $65,000 (equivalent to $25.00–$31.25/hour), based on licensure & experience

Licensure supervision funding (up to $65/week)

What You’ll Do

Provide individual and group therapy to 4–5 adult clients per day in community settings

Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with ACT best practices

Participate in daily multidisciplinary team meetings

Collaborate with families, community partners, and referral sources

Complete timely and accurate documentation in Welligent EMR

Participate in the rotating on‑call crisis schedule to maintain ACT model fidelity

Uphold ethical standards, trauma‑informed practices, and client‑centered care

What We’re Looking For

Licensure: LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, LPC (provisional or full NC licensure required)

Experience: Community‑based work preferred; must be comfortable meeting clients where they are

Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and passion for serving vulnerable adults

Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and documentation abilities
