FT Nights/Rotate Weekends. (3) 12-hour shifts per week.
Overview
As a Registered Nurse on the Women’s Services Team, you are part of a mission dedicated to making communities healthier. You’ll provide exceptional care to patients in the Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery (ICN).
How You’ll Contribute
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
Provides care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

What We’re Looking For
Valid Virginia state or compact state RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 7 days of hire.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required within 90 days of hire.
Electronic Fetal Monitor (EFM) required within 6 months of hire.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Women’s Services required.
