About the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Positions in Scottsdale

Adultcare Assistance is an award‑winning in‑home senior care service in Arizona. With more than 30 years of experience, we are expanding our team of CNAs to meet the growing demand for home care services from the senior population.
Job Responsibilities
As a CNA, you will provide personalized care services to clients, which may include:
Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
Assist clients with trips to local markets and other outings.
Accompany clients to lunch or other social activities.
Help with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Manage incontinence care to avoid embarrassment.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to reduce stress at home.
Prepare meals and remind clients to take medications.
Maintain safety by monitoring clients for falls and providing memory care support.
Assist with physical therapy exercises and report changes in condition.
Act as the primary point of contact for hospice care, providing support to family members.
Job Requirements
Genuine desire to work with seniors.
Availability to work typical 8 or 12‑hour shifts in the Scottsdale area, with optional overtime.
Pass a criminal background check, drug screening test, and negative TB test.
Reliable vehicle, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
