Cave Creek CNA Job Responsibilities
Maintain Independence
Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
Help seniors with trips to local Cave Creek markets.
Go to lunch or take a quick ice cream break with your client.
Restore Dignity
Assist with bathing and grooming to keep clients looking and feeling beautiful.
Provide incontinence care management to maintain dignity and avoid embarrassment.
Perform light housekeeping to reduce stress at home.
Keep Healthy
Prepare meals to maintain vitality.
Send medication reminders to help avoid hospital readmissions.
Ensure seniors stay safe with memory‑care support.
Support Others
Assist with physical therapy exercises.
Serve as the eyes and ears for hospice care.
Report changes in client condition to the care team.
CNA Job Requirements

Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
Ability to Work
Work typical 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts in the Cave Creek area.
Optional overtime is often available.
Senior Safety
Pass a criminal background check.
Pass a drug screening test.
Maintain a negative TB test.
