About the Role
We are an award‑winning in‑home senior care service in Arizona with more than 24 years of experience. Because of the growing senior population, we are expanding our team of caregivers to serve clients in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, and the surrounding area.
As a caregiver you will provide a variety of services to clients, from daily household chores to personal care and more. Duties may vary from client to client and are tailored to meet each individual’s needs.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain Independence
Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services.
Help seniors with trips to local markets.
Accompany clients for lunch or a coffee break.
Restore Dignity
Assist with bathing and grooming.
Provide incontinence care to avoid embarrassment.
Perform light housekeeping to reduce home stress.
Keep Healthy
Help maintain vitality through meal preparation.
Remind clients to take medication to avoid hospital readmissions.
Keep seniors safe by establishing memory‑care safety protocols.
Support Others
Help with physical therapy exercises.
Act as the eyes and ears for hospice care.
Report changes in a client’s condition.
Job Requirements
Heart for Seniors
Have a genuine desire to work with seniors.
Ability to Work
Typical 8‑ or 12‑hour caregiver shifts in the Scottsdale area.
Optional overtime is often available.
Senior Safety
Pass a criminal background check.
Pass a drug‑screening test.
Provide a negative TB test.
Transportation
Reliable car and proof of auto insurance.
Valid driver’s license.
