Purpose
Education Logistics
Key Responsibilities
Maintain equipment for sales demos, displays, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training, and workshops.
Supervise associates and assist with onboarding of new inventory into the tracking system.
Provide hands‑on leadership to associates, coordinate daily activities, and handle shipping of equipment as required.
Interface with Marketing, Sales, and Meeting Services for demo and display requirements; review reports and provide status updates to the Manager.
Support weekend operations and overtime as needed.
Education / Experience
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred: 5 years of logistics/distribution experience.
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong product knowledge; basic skeletal system knowledge preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Ability to serve as a liaison with associates and management.
Effective communication with diverse groups both internal and external.
Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks successfully.
Physical Demands
Office desk work; heavy lifting required.
Travel Requirements
Overnight travel required.
Work Environment
Office, warehouse, laboratory, and surgical facilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May provide direction of activities to others.
Compensation
Base pay range: $65,000.00 - $104,650.00.
Eligible for the Company’s consolidated retirement plan, savings plan (401(k)), and long‑term incentive program.
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per year
Sick time – 40 hours per year (48 in Colorado, 56 in Washington)
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per year
Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours (40 for extended family)
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per year
Military Spouse Time‑Off – 80 hours per year
