Lead Education Logistics
Location: Raynham, MA.
Purpose: Education Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining equipment for sales demos, displays/exhibits, professional education, company meetings, cadaver labs, sales training and workshops.
Assist in supervise duties for associates; process the onboarding of new inventory and displays into tracking system.
Provide hands‑on leadership to associates within the department and coordinate daily activities of staff; assist with handling and shipping of equipment as needed.
Interface with Marketing, Sales and Meeting Services for demo and display requirements; assist supervisor in reviewing reports and provide overview of current status and gaps to Manager.
Work Conditions: Some travel will be required, some heavy lifting/pushing, weekend support with overtime as required.
Functional Responsibilities
Oversee team to ensure consistency of set contents.
Direct, assist and maintain a timely and efficient flow of product.
Arrange for any refurbish/repair work before returning equipment/display to storage.
Place house order when necessary to replace missing item(s), charging the correct account.
Work with meeting planners to select the display unit, graphics, tablecloth and accessory items for meetings.
Prepare paperwork for international shipments to include carrier required documents as well as Customs required documents.
Receive and store workshop/demo and display material.
Prepare and execute no‑charge house orders for replenishments with charges directed to appropriate department.
Travel to on‑site assignments for set‑up and/or tear down, as well as supportive tasks as required for successful execution of business objectives.
Coordinate materials needed for new product launch.
Responsible for movement and assembly of material needed for new product launches including placing order, receiving shipment of inventory and building of sets.
Manage warehouse space allocations, content corrections, new set builds.
Coordinate freight logistics for large shipments, both to and from large meetings and workshops.
Coordinate with Supervisor to identify and report needed repairs, utilize appropriate vendor for repairs, replacements and refurbishments as needed.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and create dashboard reports for department.
Prepare and execute cycle counts and work closely with supervisor to monitor inventory changes.
Investigate, communicate and rectify return shortages.
Track training effectiveness and provide input to the supervisor regarding performance.
Oversee all decontamination activities of both human and vet units in the Decontamination Room.
Coordinate training needs including creation or updating training aids; develop cross‑training needs.
Post‑Hire Training Plan Requirements
Training plan requirements as identified in Corporate Training Procedure, CP0128.
Physical Demands
Office deskwork: sitting, walking, using phone and computer.
Heavy lifting is required.
Work Environment
Office, warehouse, laboratory and surgical facilities.
Supervisory Responsibilities
May provide direction of activities to others.
Travel Requirements
Overnight travel is required.
Education / Experience
Required:
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
5 years of logistics/distribution experience.
Other Skills and Abilities
Strong product knowledge is required; basic knowledge of the skeletal system is preferred.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft’s Outlook, Excel, Word, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Proven ability to interact as liaison with associates and management.
Must be able to effectively communicate to diverse groups of people, both internal and external to the company.
Experience with managing multiple projects at once, and ability to coordinate and prioritize effectively.

Pay
Anticipated base pay range: $65,000.00 - $104,650.00.
Employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Position is eligible for the Company’s long‑term incentive program.
Benefits
Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.
Sick time – 40 hours per calendar year; for Colorado residents – 48 hours, for Washington residents – 56 hours.
Holiday pay, including floating holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year.
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
