Our client is hiring a hands-on Personal Injury Case Manager who functions as an extension of their attorneys and paralegals. This role manages caseloads (primarily motor vehicle accidents and premises liability) from intake through resolution, coordinates client care and medical records, and advances files toward settlement or litigation.

Schedule:

Full-time, M–F, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (lunch break). On-site 5 days/week.
Salary:

$60,000–$75,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary client contact and case‑managing liaison for assigned personal injury matters.
Manage caseloads (mainly MVA and premises liability): track treatment, deadlines, discovery, and litigation milestones.
Obtain, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, and accident reports; prepare medical chronologies.
Coordinate medical appointments, releases, lien resolution, and communications with providers.
Maintain and update case data in Salesforce and firm case management systems; ensure file accuracy and compliance.
Draft and proofread correspondence, discovery responses, status reports, and internal memos.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, adjusters, vendors, and outside counsel to move cases forward.
Monitor statutes of limitations and critical deadlines; elevate issues to supervising attorney/CEO as needed.
Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in personal injury law or civil litigation (paralegal or case manager experience preferred).
Demonstrated experience using Salesforce; comfortable learning firm‑specific tools.
Knowledge of personal injury workflows, medical billing, liens, and settlement processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence for client‑facing work.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Florida paralegal certification, degree in legal studies, or related credential a plus.
