Position Summary
This position talks directly with patients through our call center. Determines urgency of patients needs based on brief assessment and familiarity with patients condition and history. Submits refill of prescriptions as instructed by physician.

Requirements
Education & Experience:
High school graduate, or equivalent Required
At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience Required
Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA) certification Preferred
