Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the organization’s financial sustainability. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, managing company finances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational goals and collaborate with leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Expertise in Hospital - Healthcare Financial Planning and financial analysis in the Healthcare Sector
Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements
Exceptional organizational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a must
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with leadership and stakeholders
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as CFO in a multi hospital system(greater than 5 hospitals) with associated medical groups/clinics
