Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Greensboro, NC, with flexibility for in-person and virtual work. The Clinical Therapist will provide counseling services, integrating psychological and biblically rooted approaches to support individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, managing cases, maintaining records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, and collaborating with ministry and community resources. Additionally, the therapist will support the mission of equipping church leaders and members with tools to promote mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Qualifications
Proficiency in maintaining 20-25 client per week caseload and providing client-focused care
Background in Psychology and evidence-based Mental Health practices and modalities
Experience and expertise in perinatal mood disorders, men\'s therapy, and/or child/adolescent therapy
Demonstrated ability to integrate psychological principles with biblical principles
Master\'s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (A licenses welcome to apply)
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals and families
Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality
Dedication to contributing to team culture
