Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
CNC Machinists are skilled professionals responsible for setting up, programming, and operating computer‑controlled machinery such as mills, lathes, and routers. These machines are used to produce precision metal or plastic parts for industries like aerospace, automotive, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts.
Program machines to meet specifications and design requirements.
Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in operating CNC machines including mills, lathes, and routers.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with programming CNC machines.
Knowledge of machinery such as grinders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing is advantageous.
Work Environment
Work in a facility equipped with modern CNC machinery and tools. The environment supports safety and precision, allowing for a focus on high-quality production.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
