We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients. The LPN/RN provides skilled nursing care and services to residents of our facility and supervises Certified Nurse Assistants as assigned in the day-to-day delivery of resident care.
Responsibilities
Operate and supervise within the prescribed scope of practice for an LPN or RN in the State of Florida.
Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.
Review and update care plans for residents.
Contact families, physicians and other providers as needed to report changes of condition.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, NP or PA.
Administer specialized skilled services as prescribed by the physician or extender orders.
Direct and supervise nurse assistants.
Other duties as assigned in the job description.
Qualifications
Clear and Active LPN or RN license with the State of Florida.
Valid CPR certification
Must pass a level II background screen
Compassionate and respectful demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet physical and sensory requirements as stated in the job description.
