Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Prospect, CT. The role involves evaluating patients’ physical conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic techniques to assist patients in improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring function. Responsibilities include guiding patients through exercises, educating them on rehabilitation processes, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care. The Physical Therapist will also track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and effectively collaborate with patients and team members
A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut
Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited physical therapy program
Commitment to professional development and staying up to date with industry standards
Prior experience in a similar clinical setting is a plus but not required
