Part-time Speech Language Therapist - Long-Term Substitute

Part‑time Long‑Term Substitute Speech and Language Therapist for school‑age services within the Student Services division of the Chester County Intermediate Unit. This position is temporary through June 2026.
Qualifications
Must have valid PDE certification as a Speech & Language Therapist
Master's degree in Communicative Disorders
Certificate of Clinical Competence; clinical fellowship year considered
Current police, child abuse and FBI fingerprint clearances required
Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire)
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide speech/language therapy services, complete evaluations, and maintain all paperwork for a caseload of students.
Salary & Schedule (Beginning 2025‑26 School Year)
PRO, Track I (Masters + 30): $69,938–$106,442 /yr.
All SLPs with Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology/Communication Sciences Disorders – placement on band is based on years of direct experience in a comparable role.
Salary pro‑rated based upon full‑time equivalency.
