Job Description
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The incumbent will triage client leads, make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products. The position requires completion of required licenses and trainings and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, including background check and ongoing registration.

Responsibilities

Work with clients to plan short- and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan that incorporates brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.

Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.

Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds.

Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.

Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.

Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.

Schedule
Monday – Friday and rotating Saturdays.

Required Qualifications

Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 or 65 in lieu of 66) licenses. If you hold Series 63 or 65 but not 66, a passing score on the missing series may be required within 60 days.

At least one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.

At least one year of experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Desired Qualifications

Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.

At least three years of experience in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Obtained insurance licenses.

Pay
$65,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
