Trustpoint.One is pleased to be partnering with a dynamic, growing plaintiff's litigation boutique law firm in their search for a Temporary-to-Hire Litigation Coordinator to join their firm's Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will be have at least 4 years of California civil litigation experience, be located in Los Angeles and have the following qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in California civil litigation, including exposure to case resolution, post-resolution compliance, court filings, and procedural deadlines.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end closeout workflow for resolved matters.
Manage financial processing associated with case closeout.
Maintain a log of all open compliance obligations across the portfolio, with assigned owners, due dates, and completion status updated in real time
Manage scheduling for mediations and settlement conferences, interfacing with attorneys, opposing counsel, mediators and court personnel.
Prepare attorneys for calls and conferences, providing current case status.
Supervise two team members, ensuring efficient workflow and coverage.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
Previous in plaintiff-side litigation, preferably in lemon law litigation or other high volume plaintiff matters.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience with e-filing platforms such as File & ServeXpress, One Legal, or equivalent.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
