Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (IRM, GRC, ITSM, ITBM/SPM, CSM, HRSD, Catalog).
Proven expertise in ServiceNow scripting and Service Portal development.
Experience designing and implementing REST-based integrations.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and governance.
Technical & Professional Skills
Strong understanding of enterprise-grade application development principles.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS - ITSM, IRM/GRC, SPM, CSM, HRSD).
Experience in large enterprise or fintech/regulatory environments.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
