Job Overview
A Senior ServiceNow Developer at Huron will collaborate with Huron Digital and industry practice teams to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive organizational effectiveness and improve student outcomes. The role requires working closely with business process consultants and cross‑functional teams while contributing to high‑impact projects in higher education and medical centers.
Responsibilities
Under limited direction, the successful candidate will:
Work closely with business process consultants to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables and workflows.
Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow modules, including greenfield implementations of NowAssist, AI Agents, CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, GRC, and related components.
Collaborate with QA teams for testing and issue remediation, ensuring high‑quality releases.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and agentic AI techniques applied within ServiceNow.
Serve as a technical lead within a dynamic, agile environment, solving complex problems independently and collaboratively across global teams.
Support knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption using NowCreate, ServiceNow Best Practices, and performance analytics tools.
Assist in obtaining second Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification within the first six months of employment.
Travel up to 30% to client sites and team collaboration locations across the United States and Canada.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of ServiceNow technical delivery experience, preferably with an Elite‑level partner.
Experience in at least 3 greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules.
Working knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, and DOM.
Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification, with the ability to obtain a second within six months.
Knowledge or experience with Performance Analytics and virtual agent capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to independently translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal collaboration abilities.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated base salary for this position is $105,000 – $130,000 USD, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation, including annual incentive, can range from $117,600 to $153,400 USD. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with employer match; paid time off; parental leave; an employee stock purchase plan; wellness programs; and other standard corporate benefits.
