Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill an Advanced Technical Service Associate position within their high-technology defense systems team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support for complex electro-mechanical systems, software, and networked environments, ensuring system reliability and performance for mission-critical operations. The position is based in Scottsdale, AZ and is fully on-site.

$35.77 per hour
Education/Experience:

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant experience
Schedule:

First Shift

Clearance Requirement:

Active Secret Clearance required (U.S. citizenship required)

In this role, you will use your technical and interpersonal skills to:

Provide advanced technical support for engineers, technicians, and product support teams.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex electro-mechanical equipment, software, and networked systems.
Support escalation cases where initial troubleshooting has not resolved issues.
Report design, reliability, and maintenance issues to engineering teams.
Assist with customer installation, training, and technical support activities.
Provide direct support to customers using highly technical systems and applications.
Manage technical service activities and ensure compliance with company and customer quality standards.
Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Security+ or other IAT II certification required.
Experience with network and IT systems management.
Knowledge of SQL Server and software administration.
Strong troubleshooting skills in a Windows environment.
Experience with failure analysis and root cause reporting.
Familiarity with tools and systems such as:

CA Spectrum OneClick
Oracle CRM
Microsoft Terminal Server
HBSS and antivirus systems
Network monitoring tools
Asset management software
Active Directory tools (preferred)

Experience supporting DoD or DHS systems is a plus.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
