Position Overview:
We are seeking a polished, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in creating a seamless and positive experience, from greeting guests to managing appointments and supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a high level of customer service at all times
Promote spa services, memberships, and special offers when appropriate
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling using booking systems
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area
Process payments, issue receipts, and handle retail product sales
Verify client information and maintain accurate records in the system
Assist with client check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
Communicate effectively with providers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle client concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Qualifications:
Bilingual with proficiency in both English and Spanish
Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or spa/medical office role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using scheduling software and basic office systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Sales experience or comfort recommending services/products is a plus
