Job Description
Our client is seeking an
Agile Delivery Manager
to lead transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and support strategic growth.
Must Have
10+ years as a Delivery Manager
Experience with implementing and /or the adoption of Agile methodologies
Experience delivering finance/tech transformation projects
Strong stakeholder / executive communication
Financial acumen
Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills
Responsibilities
Support the delivery of finance and technology transformation projects
Help manage adoption of Agile methodologies within large-scale initiatives and transformation-related workstreams
Coordinate project activities using Agile ways of working from planning through execution
Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams across complex environments
Assist with initiatives related to finance or technology transformation programs
Contribute to efforts to improve core finance processes, including close, FP&A, and reporting
Use project management and data tools such as JIRA and Power BI to support project execution
