Description
Support business needs by coordinating shipping activities for Star Holdings Grp.
* Route customer shipments
* Coordinating shipments with carriers and 3PL provider
* Working with Customer Service to coordinate shipments by priority/customer
* MRP liaison for shipping department
This position will be based in an warehouse/office setting, but at times will require a hands-on approach.
Requirements
* Customer facing experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
* Fundamental understanding of shipping principles
* 3 years of experience in a related field
* Self-starter and hands-on approach
* Experience in foodservice a plus
Will be required to lift 30lbs occasionally, as manufacturing is supported
