About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Finance with a focus on the construction industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with providing strategic financial direction, overseeing all financial operations, and managing a range of activities including draw schedules, loan requisitions, and funding coordination with lenders and investors. This role requires a hands-on approach to cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close, as well as the ability to lead the capital allocation process. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial guidelines, maintaining relationships with external auditors and financial institutions, and utilizing financial software systems to streamline operations.

Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial managerial role, particularly within the construction industry, is essential.
