The core responsibilities of this role include: monitoring and dispatching in a time-efficient and cost-effective manner and transmitting any concerns or issues to the Customer Service Manager.

Position: Lead Dispatcher
\n
Shift:Sunday - Thursday, 10:00am -; 7:00pm
\n
Pay:Base 50,000/yr.
\n
The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
\n
\n
* 2+ years of Customer Service Experience.
\n
* Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques.
\n
* Ensure that dispatching is completed with emphasis on cost effectiveness and time efficient manner.
\n
* Maintain current knowledge of routes and locations to assure timely service and accurate information.
\n
* Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.
\n
* Interact and communicate with staff in a professional manner.
\n
* Utilize critical thinking skills.
\n
* Utilize tracking/dispatching software - E-Courier.
\n
* Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
\n
* Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills.
\n
* Have excellent computer skills, including but not limited to data entry, documentation skills, organization.
\n
* Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
* Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, multi-tasking.
\n
