HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
* Direct, train, and develop all Kitchen Utility staff.
* Distribute workload to maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, china, silver, glassware, pots, pans, and work areas.
* Ensure proper training on chemical use and sanitary handling of all food and beverage equipment and utensils.
* Assign duties as directed by the Executive Steward.
* Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance.
* Supervise cleaning of work areas and surrounding physical spaces.
* Ensure team members follow all safety and security policies to prevent accidents and control costs.
* Enforce proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floors, and dish room machinery.
* Ensure all food holding and transport equipment is in proper working order.
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanitation standards.
* Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.
* Maintain the highest level of integrity and uphold standards required by a regulated business.
* Work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
