This position seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support elementary students in a school setting located in Fremont, NE. The role focuses on implementing behavior and foundational skills programs within Level 2 classrooms for students in grades K-5. This contract position offers an opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting student development through evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Behavior Skills Program with groups of 4-5 students alongside other behavior technicians and teachers.
Support the Foundational Skills Program involving 2-3 students with collaborative team members.
Collect and document data on student progress in accordance with intervention plans.
Assist in creating a positive learning environment tailored to individual student needs.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure consistency and fidelity in program delivery.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Experience working with elementary students, preferably K-5.
Familiarity with behavior intervention programs and data collection procedures.
Ability to collaborate well within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Contract position with a start date ASAP through May 22, 2026
