Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required
Previous experience working in schools or with children/adolescents preferred
Solid understanding of ABA principles and practices
Comfortable collecting data, implementing programs, and supporting behavior intervention plans
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in diverse educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 or small group interventions under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or school staff
Accurately record data and progress on student goals
Support students with behavioral, academic, or social needs in classroom and other school settings
Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, therapists, and families
Assist in developing instructional and behavioral strategies tailored to individual student needs
Foster an environment of respect, encouragement, and safety for all students
