About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Finance to play a pivotal role in the development and elevation of the finance function. The successful candidate will be a hands-on finance leader, ideally with a background in CPG and manufacturing, and will work closely with the CFO to own the end-to-end FP&A function. This includes forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and analysis, as well as leading cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range modeling. The role is highly visible and strategic, requiring the candidate to build and enhance financial processes, reporting, and planning infrastructure, and to provide financial oversight of manufacturing operations and cost structure. The VP of Finance will also be involved in supporting commercial finance across retail and e-commerce channels, evaluating M&A, capital allocation, and strategic investments, and leading and developing the FP&A team.

The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in food, ingredients, or related CPG categories. Experience in mid-sized, high-growth companies is essential, as is a background in private equity, M&A, or capital planning. The role demands a professional with the ability to build processes from scratch, strong leadership and communication skills, and an agile mindset that is comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments. The VP of Finance will be a critical partner to executive leadership, influencing strategy, and operating in a dynamic, build-and-scale phase.
