If you are interested in this Pharmacist position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Pharmacist Compensation The pay for this position is $58.06 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacist Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday with an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; on-call rotation required Pharmacist Responsibilities Provide medication therapy management and clinical consultation to healthcare professionals Deliver drug information to nurses, physicians, and care teams regarding interactions, contraindications, and therapy optimization Monitor adverse drug events and ensure patient safety Support pharmacy workflow, inventory management, and operational efficiency Assist Pharmacy Manager with performance and process improvements Conduct clinical services such as immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management Communicate with insurance providers and participate in audits Build relationships with healthcare providers and support business growth initiatives Train and support pharmacy staff and promote best practices in customer service Pharmacist Requirements Active South Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing Pharmacy degree (PharmD or Bachelor’s) from an accredited school of pharmacy Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical pharmacy practices Ability to work independently and manage priorities Basic computer skills High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Pharmacist Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a home infusion or hospital pharmacy setting Experience with home infusion therapy Familiarity with Epic or similar systems Strong customer service experience If you think this Pharmacist position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
