If you are interested in this Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) position, please contact Lindsay at 5867107959 or LKOPASZ@ALINESTAFFING.com Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) Compensation · The pay for this position is $56.71 per hour · Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment · A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) Highlights · This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs · The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (No weekends, no holidays) Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) Responsibilities Review patient profiles, drug interactions, sensitivities, and medication history Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, and appropriateness Provide clinical support for specialty disease states including HIV, Hep-C, Oncology, and Rheumatoid Arthritis Evaluate and resolve complex issues involving patients, providers, and vendors Contact physicians for clarification or therapeutic interventions as needed Enter prescriptions into the system and support dispensing workflow Perform final quality checks on all prescriptions prior to dispensing Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance, and controlled substance policies Assist with patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service Collaborate with pharmacy team to ensure accurate and efficient operations Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) Requirements Active Tennessee Pharmacist license in good standing Pharmacy degree (PharmD or Bachelor’s) from an accredited college of pharmacy Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in a specialty pharmacy setting Customer service or call center experience Experience supporting specialty medications or disease states If you think this Pharmacist (Specialty Pharmacy) position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me - feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
