The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Looking for local to VA - Location: 9900 Krause Road Chesterfield, VA 23832
•PMI PMP Credential required. (VITA Project Management Certification considered)
•Extensive lead project management experience managing schedule, scope, and budget for varying size technology projects including enterprise level.
•Direct management of business stakeholders and project team members; Ability to define and gain consensus on direction
•Strong understanding and application of project governance through authoring and applying governance artifacts including charter, change mgmt, etc.
•Clear and concise oral and written communications tailored towards technical and non-technical audience.
•Knowledgeable of MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
•Project Management experience within state or local government preferred.
