Overview
AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are expanding pediatric hospitalist services to AdventHealth Ocala. We are seeking dynamic, flexible, and energetic pediatric hospitalists to join our team and provide exceptional care to children in the Ocala community.
Schedules and Coverage
24‑hour shifts, restricted and unrestricted
Strictly pediatric patients (no newborn or NICU coverage)
Responsibilities
Daily rounds and medical management of pediatric patients
Requirements
Board Certification/Eligibility with the American Board of Pediatrics

Tertiary and quaternary referral services including pediatric subspecialty programs
Collaborative support from AdventHealth for Children's destination programs (cardiac, epilepsy, transplant, NICU, and more)
AdventHealth Ocala is located approximately an hour and a half from Orlando and is a 421‑bed facility that offers inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical and emergency care. It serves Marion County and the Ocala metropolitan areas.
