Pediatric Hospitalist Position
AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking dynamic, energetic pediatric hospitalists focused on newborn care to join the team at AdventHealth Lake Nona.
Schedule
Restricted in‑hospital shifts combined with unrestricted 24‑hour home call.
Approximately 12 shifts per month.
Responsibilities
Admit and care for newborns; conduct daily rounds and discharge planning.
Attend high‑risk deliveries and stabilize newborns.
Coordinate newborn transfers to higher levels of care as indicated.
Provide ED pediatric consults.
Care for patients within the Pediatric Observation Unit.
Collaborate with a team of over 80 physicians and APPs across 11 locations.
Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatrics.
Interest in neonatology or newborn care.

AdventHealth Lake Nona is a 60‑acre campus with plans for 335 licensed beds, 5 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites and 2 cath labs. The Level 4 NICU in Orlando serves over 100 NICU beds with access to all major medical/surgical pediatric subspecialties.
