What you’ll do
Design and integrate full automation cells (robots, feeders, vision, PLCs, HMIs, PCs).
Develop and debug control software, then commission the machine through start-up.
Draft electrical schematics; build or oversee panel wiring to UL/NEC standards.
Lead upgrades on existing lines—controls, panel redesign, and new-tech retrofit.
Collaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, and vendor teams to hit aggressive timelines.
What you bring
B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or related engineering discipline.
Curiosity and adaptability—comfortable learning the newest hardware or code.
Hands-on experience taking a machine from concept to production (3+ years ideal).
Proficiency with PLC/HMI programming (Rockwell or Siemens preferred), industrial robotics, motion, and vision systems.
Collaborative, humble mindset; eager to mentor and be mentored on a tight, supportive team.
