Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred• Ability to develop and implement speech therapy interventions for elementary-aged students• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Collaborative approach with teachers, families, and school teams• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and encouraging environment for all students
Responsibilities:• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy to elementary students with diverse needs• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and regulatory requirements• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student growth• Participate in IEP meetings, provide ongoing progress reports, and contribute to goal-setting• Support classroom staff with resources and strategies to foster communication development• Engage in ongoing professional growth and development opportunities
