Contact: Ally Boelstler Call/Text: 586-710-7958 Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient/resident care, including assistance with daily living activities Support both ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients with mobility and personal care Assist with rehabilitation and encourage participation in therapeutic and recreational activities Maintain clean, safe, and organized patient/resident environments Follow care plans and instructions provided by nurses and physicians Monitor and report changes in patient condition to licensed staff Participate in ongoing training and in-service education programs Document care activities as required Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Active CNA certification 1 year experience working in a long term care setting Ready to apply or have questions?
