Position Overview
Our client is seeking a polished, Senior Executive Receptionist to support its medical offices on a temporary, parttime basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong professionalism, and the flexibility to work between two office locations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors
Greet patients professionally and manage front desk operations
Handle incoming calls, scheduling, and patient inquiries with discretion
Coordinate checkin/checkout and maintain accurate patient records
Communicate effectively with physicians, executives, and clinical staff
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards at all times
Requirements
Prior experience as a senior or executive receptionist, preferably in a medical office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Ability to travel between Montclair and East Brunswick offices as scheduled
Reliable, punctual, and detailoriented
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, patientfocused environment
