Position Overview
As a Receptionist / Office Administrative Support team member, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional office environment. You will manage front desk responsibilities, support day-to-day administrative tasks, and assist internal teams with clerical and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages as needed.
Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
Schedule meetings, coordinate conference rooms, and assist with calendar management.
Order and maintain office supplies; monitor inventory and restock as needed.
Support internal departments with clerical tasks and special projects.
Assist with onboarding logistics, visitor badges, and office coordination activities.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office training a plus.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or office administrative support role preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable using multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and basic office software.
Core Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
