Receptionist
Our client is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming office environment while providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations, including visitor logs and badge distribution
Schedule meetings and maintain conference room calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Skills
Experience in a corporate or professional office setting
Familiarity with scheduling software or multi-line phone systems
