Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team
on a long-term contract based in Baltimore, MD . As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting innovative project initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, and will
have prior experience managing AI-related projects, experience working in an Agile environment, and a PMP certification , which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects within the organization.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project interdependencies to meet strategic goals.
Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring operational readiness and compliance throughout project lifecycle.
What's Needed?
8-10+ years of experience managing technology projects in regulated environments,
including projects involving AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions .
Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile, and tools like Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft SharePoint,
with hands-on experience delivering AI or data-driven initiatives in an Agile environment .
Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex technical concepts,
including AI-related solutions and impacts , to diverse audiences.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on
emerging technology and AI-focused projects .
Relevant certifications such as
PMP or PMI are preferred , particularly for candidates managing complex, advanced technology initiatives.
