Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain , particularly with
Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter . The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution validation to drive transformational change across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex business, system, and technical processes within the
Property & Casualty insurance market .
Work extensively on
Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter
to support business requirements and enhancements.
Conduct research, generate comparisons, and provide insights to recommend effective business and system solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align actions with enterprise strategies.
Partner with business, quality, experience, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Document and validate business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and technical/business approaches.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment of deliverables.
Utilize
SQL
for data analysis, validation, and reporting to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience
8-10 years
of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant focus on the
Property & Casualty insurance domain .
Hands-on experience with
Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimsCenter .
Strong understanding of
policy coverages, endorsements, and rating systems .
Expertise in
business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project management principles .
Proven ability to analyze highly complex business and system problems and recommend solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Proficiency in
SQL
for data queries and analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in
large-scale insurance transformation projects .
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum methodologies .
