What You Will Own
Oversight of IT infrastructure, applications, security, and technology operations
Management of multiple Managed Service Provider relationships, holding them accountable to SLAs and driving measurable performance
Disaster recovery planning and execution for all mission-critical systems
IT budget ownership
Cybersecurity standards and compliance across the organization
Process and SOP development to support a scaling workforce
Evaluation and integration of new hardware, software, and cloud based solutions
What We Are Looking For
BS in Computer Science or related field required
7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with a track record of owning and running an IT function
Strong MSP and vendor management experience, including contract negotiations
Experience with integrating new technology via acquisitions
General infrastructure background with hands-on experience in cloud and hybrid environments
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong communicator who can speak to both technical teams and senior business leaders
