Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay:
$19/hour
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role involves a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and works well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and screen incoming calls; transfer as needed
Open and sort incoming mail
Monitor Accounts Payable email inbox and print electronic invoices
Match invoices with packing slips
Enter invoices into the system accurately
File supplier and customer invoices
Enter customer payments into the system
Prepare weekly check runs by pulling invoices
Mark and file paid invoices
Stuff envelopes and assist with mailings
Email payment notifications to suppliers
Track employee attendance using Excel
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Previous administrative or accounting experience is a plus
High attention to detail and accuracy
Spanish Speaking is a plus but not required
