The role is defined as a
migration/deployment-focused position
rather than general desktop support.
Keys:
Primary focus is a
large-scale device refresh initiative
Replacing
end-of-life machines (4-5 years old)
with new desktops, laptops, and tablets
Environment is already on
Windows 11
Core responsibility is
migrating user data, profiles, and applications
from old devices to new ones
Work will be
onsite , with potential use of virtual migration tools
Manager is looking for a
seasoned, self-sufficient technician
who can handle high-volume migrations with minimal oversight
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Seeking candidates with
PC refresh / migration project experience
Must have hands-on experience with
device deployments and user migrations
Not looking for general help desk profiles without migration exposure
Ideal candidates have worked in
enterprise environments
and are comfortable with repetitive, high-volume rollout work
