CONTRACT TO HIRE. ONSITE.
Oxford Solutions has an opening with our manufacturing client for a Technical Support Specialist with a focus on providing support for electrical components including circuit breakers.
Essential Duties
Provide technical support for products via telephone to customers, contractors, and end-users
Troubleshoot issues and recommend possible courses for corrective action.
Assist with procuring and shipping replacement parts
Perform quality assurance tests on completed units as well as incoming and outgoing parts.
Perform onsite technical support of products when required
Qualifications
Associate Degree in technical field
At least 1 year of technical customer support experience
Electrical knowledge including circuits.
Excellent phone and clear and concise communication skills
Must have good computer and typing skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
