Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Downtown)
Schedule: 100% On‑Site, Monday–Friday
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO

Manage complex international travel, including flights, hotels, and occasionally private travel arrangements

Handle frequent last‑minute travel changes with calm efficiency

Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring accuracy and proactive scheduling

Review and reconcile credit card charges, separating personal and business expenses

Coordinate logistics, schedules, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Required Profile (Non‑Negotiable)

Bilingual fluency required (spoken and written)

10+ years of Executive Assistant experience strongly preferred

Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives

Extensive experience booking and managing international travel

Ability to work with a CEO who frequently changes priorities without getting flustered

Highly organized, professional, adaptable, and detail‑oriented

Comfortable working 5 days per week on‑site with no remote flexibility
