Executive Assistant


Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Downtown)
Schedule: 100% On‑Site, Monday–Friday
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a seasoned, highly polished Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, adapts quickly to last‑minute changes, and brings confidence, discretion, and professionalism to everything they do.


This is a fully in‑office position supporting a senior executive within a stable and growing company with a close‑knit U.S. team.

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO

  • Manage complex international travel, including flights, hotels, and occasionally private travel arrangements

  • Handle frequent last‑minute travel changes with calm efficiency

  • Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring accuracy and proactive scheduling

  • Review and reconcile credit card charges, separating personal and business expenses

  • Coordinate logistics, schedules, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment

  • Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion




Required Profile (Non‑Negotiable)



  • Bilingual fluency required (spoken and written)

  • 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience strongly preferred

  • Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives

  • Extensive experience booking and managing international travel

  • Ability to work with a CEO who frequently changes priorities without getting flustered

  • Highly organized, professional, adaptable, and detail‑oriented

  • Comfortable working 5 days per week on‑site with no remote flexibility
