Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Downtown)
Schedule: 100% On‑Site, Monday–Friday
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a seasoned, highly polished Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This is a fully in‑office position supporting a senior executive within a stable and growing company with a close‑knit U.S. team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level executive support to the CEO
- Manage complex international travel, including flights, hotels, and occasionally private travel arrangements
- Handle frequent last‑minute travel changes with calm efficiency
- Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, ensuring accuracy and proactive scheduling
- Review and reconcile credit card charges, separating personal and business expenses
- Coordinate logistics, schedules, and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Required Profile (Non‑Negotiable)
- Bilingual fluency required (spoken and written)
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience supporting C‑suite executives
- Extensive experience booking and managing international travel
- Ability to work with a CEO who frequently changes priorities without getting flustered
- Highly organized, professional, adaptable, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable working 5 days per week on‑site with no remote flexibility
