Assistant Controller — Manufacturing (North Metro Atlanta)
Salary Base: $90,000

Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Controller:
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of the general ledger under US GAAP
• Own payroll processing for approximately 140 Georgia-based employees
• Lead full-cycle month-end close, including journal entries and accruals
• Reconcile accounts and ensure audit-ready financials
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve reporting

Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
• Strong general accounting background with solid US GAAP knowledge
• Payroll processing experience for a mid-sized employee population
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• SAP experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPA or CPA-track a plus
