Commercial Service Coordinator

The Commercial Service Coordinator will assist with customer accounts, billing, service, repair and general inquiries and questions. They will also be the expert voice of the Commercial Service Division. Driven to handle all customers in a professional and efficient manner. The Commercial Service Coordinator will communicate, schedule and work with technicians and other department employees to follow through and ensure work orders are handled efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities

Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data.
Excellent communication/phone skills maintaining professionalism in all customer correspondence. Answering initial and follow-up calls for orders or service request and technical support issues take responsibility and ensuring follow though on account is completed. This includes call backs follow ups invoicing and timely follow through
Ability to maintain expectations at a high-paced, high-volume operation, while having a positive attitude being reliable and dependable.
Implement Service Technician dispatch, maintain on-call schedules, prepare, assign, and process work orders, log daily installations, repairs, and service work to maximize billable time and meet productivity goals.
Handle administrative, data entry, reporting and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, processing paperwork, data entry, work orders, invoices & statements
Requirements

Bilingual is beneficial but not required
Solid computer skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other software as assigned.
Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Must have a valid driver's license, clean MVR, and meet company fleet requirements if required to drive for the organization
Must be able to sit and work on a computer/telephone for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment and independently
